    Please note, for all new clients a deposit is required to schedule your first appointment. The deposit is the cost of the exam fee and is required at the time of scheduling. This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment gets rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of the original time, or if you do not show up for the appointment.
